1. Who we are

AlcoReflex is a free awareness app built in Quebec, Canada. For any question about this policy, write to sacballoune@gmail.com.

2. Data we do not collect

We do not collect:

• your name, email address or phone number
• your location
• your address book or contacts
• advertising identifiers
• photos, files or content from your device

There are no user accounts in AlcoReflex.

3. What is stored on your device

AlcoReflex saves locally, in your browser or device storage (localStorage):

• your reflex, attention and coordination test results
• your reference measurement
• your language preference

This information never leaves your device. It is not sent to any server, nobody but you can access it, and it is never sold, rented or shared.

4. How to delete your data

You are fully in control of this information. To erase it:

• use the clear-history feature inside the app
• or uninstall the app
• or clear the site data in your browser settings

Deletion is immediate and permanent. Since nothing is kept on our servers, we have no copy to delete.

5. No tracking, no ads

AlcoReflex contains no analytics tools, no tracking pixels, no ad networks and no tracking cookies. We do not track your behaviour inside the app or anywhere else on the web.

6. Links to other sites

The app may offer a link to maballoune.ca, a separate service intended for people in Quebec. If you follow that link, you leave AlcoReflex and that site's privacy policy applies. Following the link is entirely voluntary.

7. Children

AlcoReflex is not intended for people under 18 and knowingly collects no data about them.

8. Your rights

Quebec and Canadian law grants you rights over your personal information, including access, correction and deletion. Since AlcoReflex holds no information about you, these rights are exercised directly from your device, as described in section 4. For any question, write to sacballoune@gmail.com.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the update date at the top of the page will change. Significant changes will be flagged in the app.

10. Disclaimer

AlcoReflex is an awareness tool. It does not measure blood alcohol and can never tell you that it is safe to drive.
